Founded in London, Ohio, we've grown to servicing homes and families in the greater central Ohio area, including Franklin and Madison County. Here's how we got started.
Our founder, Mike Dorsey, worked for years in drains and plumbing and quickly saw a need for consumer based contracting – he felt that, too often, many customers were left with an inflated invoice for a job quickly done as opposed to an education on the problem and a well built solution. Seeing this, he set out on his own to provide services in a quickly adapting market, with a focus on treating customers like family. After all, Mike realized, a customer’s home is an investment – in their family, in their future, and in themselves – and a good contractor is there to help them protect and build on that investment.
We firmly believe in developing great and long lasting relationships with our customers – it’s the foundation any small business is built on. As a small business, we are able to put much more time into caring for and educating our customers. With Silver Scope, you’re more than just an invoice.
We place an emphasis on accurately diagnosing issues, and then fixing the problem completely. We want things done the right way the first time – and we put every effort into making that a reality.
We work in London, Plain City, and West Jefferson, but are able to travel anywhere in Madison County.
In Franklin County, we serve the Hilliard, Dublin, Upper Arlington and Grove City communities in addition to the greater central Ohio area.
